Before you write
If you are looking for someone to trade your account for you, to manage your money, or to promise you a monthly return, Burj Trades is not that company and we would rather save you the email. We teach, and we introduce traders to brokers. Nothing beyond that.

What to expect
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within a few hours on WhatsApp during UAE business hours, and within one business day by email. Broker and partner enquiries take a little longer because they get a considered reply rather than a quick one.
What happens after I get in touch?
If you are a trader: questions, mostly ours. Where you are starting from, what you have already learned, and what you are actually trying to achieve — so we can point you at the right education first and the right broker second. There is nothing to sign and nothing to pay.
If you are a broker or partner: a conversation about your markets, your structure and what you need from an affiliate relationship, followed by our own due diligence before anything goes live.
Do I need a trading account already?
No, and you may not need one yet. If the fundamentals are still unfamiliar, the honest advice is to spend time in the education section and on a demo account first. If you already trade and are looking at changing broker, tell us what is not working and we will tell you whether we can help.
Will you contact me repeatedly if I enquire?
No. We reply to your enquiry and that is it. We do not run cold-call lists, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. If you want the ongoing content, the Telegram channel is opt-in and you can leave it whenever you like.
