Draft — requires review before launch
This page is a working draft written to a sensible standard, not legal advice. Every [BRACKETED] item below needs a real value, and the whole document should be reviewed by a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction before the site goes live. Delete this notice once that is done.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], trading as Burj Trades, registered in [JURISDICTION] under registration number [REG NUMBER], with its office at [OFFICE ADDRESS], United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
Burj Trades is a Forex affiliate marketing and trading education business. We do not manage trading accounts, hold client funds or accept deposits, so we never hold financial account data belonging to you.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page we receive your name, email address, phone number, country, the enquiry type you selected, how you heard about us, and anything you type into the message field.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone instead, we hold whatever those channels carry — typically your phone number or email address and the contents of your messages.
We never ask for and do not want your broker login, your account password, your trading account number or your payment details. Nobody representing Burj Trades has any reason to request them.
3. Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to answer your questions about education or brokers, and — where you ask us to — to help you work out which broker suits your circumstances. If you are a broker or business partner, to manage the commercial relationship. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
4. Who else sees it
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our email through [FORM PROVIDER, e.g. Web3Forms], which processes the submission in transit. Our email is hosted by [EMAIL PROVIDER]. If you go on to open an account with a broker, your details will be collected and processed by that broker directly, under that broker’s own privacy policy — not through us.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you would rather avoid this, the fonts can be self-hosted — see TODO.md in the project.
5. Affiliate links and tracking
Burj Trades is paid by brokers when traders we introduce open an account. Links to broker websites may therefore carry a tracking parameter or set a cookie that allows the broker to attribute your sign-up to us. That tracking is operated by the broker, under the broker’s own privacy policy and cookie notice, and we do not receive your browsing history from it — typically only confirmation that a referral occurred and the commission payable.
You can read more in our Affiliate Disclosure. Clearing cookies or using private browsing will usually prevent the attribution, and it makes no difference to the terms you receive from the broker.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after [RETENTION PERIOD]. Correspondence with broker and business partners is retained for [RETENTION PERIOD] for commercial record-keeping.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own, and no analytics are running on it. Nothing about your visit is measured or sent to an analytics provider.
An analytics plugin (MonsterInsights, for Google Analytics) is installed but is not connected to any Google Analytics property, so it collects and transmits nothing. If we ever connect it — or add any other analytics, advertising pixel or chat widget — Google or that provider would set cookies and receive data about your visit, including your IP address. We will update this section and add a cookie consent notice before switching anything of that kind on.
Links to broker websites are a separate matter, covered in section 5.
8. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@burjtrades.com and we will respond within [RESPONSE PERIOD]. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
